Every BIPPI dossier gives an impressive amount of information. Is there any risk to intimidate people?
Wars, conflicts, international and intra-national crises always have complicated backgrounds. That's why they only have complicated solutions.
Unluckily there is no easy way to understand a conflict.  Every time you read a half-page explanation of a conflict and think you have understood it, you are making a huge mistake.  And every time you think you have read and learnt enough on a conflict, then you find an article that explains something more and better.
Reading and learning is the only way to fully understand the causes of a conflict and if we refuse to fully understand the causes of a conflict, we will never be able to look for a solution.

Every BIPPI dossier gives many information but no solution. Isn't it useless?
No initiative, no NGO, no VIP, no single person or group can find a solution to any conflict.  Conflicts always have complicated backgrounds. As a consequence they only have complicated solutions.
But all the solutions are political ones and politics is the expression of the public opinion.  As a matter of fact, in democracy politicians can do whatever they want on a topic only if people have no opinion or a wrong opinion  about the topic.  Politicians can try to support a wrong opinion through false information.  They can repeat a lie as many times as necessary to make it seem a truth.
But if enough people (mass) have enough information (knowledge) and enough capacity to fully understand it (consciousness), any politician going in the opposite direction will loose people's support and fall.
BIPPI has no wish to give one-group solutions.  BIPPI's aim is to give people the possibility to know as much as possible on the ongoing conflicts, so that everybody can build up his/her own opinion and lobby for a solution.

Can BIPPI really help right some wrongs?
Today, most of countries in the world adopt some kind of democratic system. The main difference between a democratic system and an authoritarian system is that, in democracy, no politician can do anything without people's support.
As a result, any wrong comes out from people's ignorance or wrong opinions about things.  As a matter of fact, in democracy politicians can do whatever they want on a topic only if people have no opinion or a wrong opinion about the topic.  Politicians can try to support a wrong opinion through false information.  They can repeat a lie as many times as necessary to make it seem a truth.

BIPPI's aim is to give people the possibility to know as much as possible on the ongoing conflicts, which are always the result of some injustice.  Then people must help right what is wrong, supporting good political choices and rejecting wrong ones.

How can I read a BIPPI dossier in the correct way?
Every dossier gives information on three different levels.
1- You can read only the main content written in "regular" characters, avoiding any text written in "italic", which is a deepening of the main content.
2- You can read any text both in "regular" and "italic" characters, having a more complete vision of the matter.
3- You can follow the links to external websites and read original documents, specific dossiers, understand other points of view and go further and further as you wish.

Who finances BIPPI?
Nobody finances BIPPI at the moment.  All the work is made by volunteers, who believe that BIPPI can do a good job.  Nobody gets any money from it.

I want to cooperate with BIPPI. What should I do?
Anybody can cooperate with BIPPI, no specific knowledge or capacity is needed, it is only a matter of wish.
As we believe in voluntary work as an expression of personal wishes, first of all the candidate must have a real motivation and some his/her own what-to-do idea.
